Lead practitioner in charge of more able students, Literacy, and EAL

During my time at CCS, I have had the opportunity to oversee the Literacy provision for all students and arrange appropriate interventions. I have also had the chance to host whole school events which allowed students to immerse themselves into the world of Literacy.

When working with more able students, they have been assigned mentors from the SLT and provided intentional resources crafted by HoDs to complete in the Learning hub. As a result, the school achieved a positive 0.71 in 2023.
